Live the life you desire!

4319 Fountain Care can enable you to live the life you desire. The planned individualised goals and aspirations of each client are drawn and agreed prior to the commencement of the care package. Our care considers social well-being and helps make goals a reality, working with the capabilities of each client. Clients are encouraged to be involved within the community, with daily visits to leisure centres of their choice. We also offer support in getting clients to their hospital, dental and hair appointments. We ensure clients are not stuck indoors providing trips to the shops and can even facilitate local breaks and holidays abroad. Whatever symptoms the disability presents, our staff are equipped to deal with these in a dignified manner and calm any situations. We can provide learning and physical disability care for:
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Autism
  • Epilepsy

Motor Neurone and Parkinson disease care

We can also care for patients suffering from motor neurone and Parkinson's disease. Our staff can provide a strict medication regime and physical and emotional support to the patients.

Motor neurone disease (MND) is a devastating yet uncommon disease which with time, can take away a person's independence. This disease causes weakening of the muscles causing some people to gradually experience slurred speech and difficulty in swallowing leading to weight loss. Some clients end up on enteral feeding via tubes (PEG).

The team at 4319 Fountain Care are here to hold your hand step by step- from first diagnosis to when care needs become complex.  Our team are always compassionate and will ensure you are comfortable, clean and understood. Our clients wishes are of the utmost importance to us and we work with families to draw up a care plan that is continuously reviewed when there are changes.

When the client cannot orally eat and is prescribed an enteral feeding regime, we work closely with Abbott nurses who train our staff to provide the highest possible care. Every client feeding regime is unique, we will always seek advice if needed, including when bolus feeding is required. Our carers can also rectify any issues surrounding feeding and pumps.
