Highly trained staff
4319 Fountain Care have highly trained staff to manage clients with breathing problems who are on assisted breathing therapies. These include:
- Clients on oxygen due to obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or lung cancers
- Clients using continues positive airway pressure (CPAP) or bilevel positive airway pressure (BIPAP) systems.
Our staff are trained to manage these devices and to spot any risk of failure, acting accordingly to minimise any danger to the client and carer.
Person centred care plans
Person centred care plans are drawn in consultation with respiratory specialist nurses involved. We encourage our clients and support them to be as independent as possible. Our highly trained staff can also care for clients with tracheostomy.
They can clean the tube and keep it free from mucus to enable breathing at ease. We can also provide learning disability and elderly care services.
